The energy saving retrofit program

The conservatives has announced its budget this week that regarded by many as a frugal package focusing on spending cuts. The construction sectors, however, would be the one happy to see the 400 million retrofit program. This initiative would not be a fire under the Canadian economy, but a spring boost that encourage growth in the construction sector. Though it might not even register a single digit on GDP, it would create more jobs, improving domestic spending, said a tbc economist

Under the program, each individual will be allocate $500 to renovate his house. Hoseholds are expected to streamline their furnace. Analysts belive that such move would provide household with cutting edge energy saving techology and beef up the competitve advantage of the sector.
